AI Credits
Manage your AI credit balance, purchase credit bundles, and control AI features for your organization.
Overview
TestKase AI features — including test case generation, AI chat assistant, and AI-powered reports — consume credits from your organization's AI credit balance. The AI Credits page lets you monitor usage, purchase additional credits, and toggle AI features on or off for the entire organization.
How Credits Work
AI credits are an abstraction over raw AI tokens. Different AI models consume tokens at different rates, so credits provide a consistent unit for tracking and billing across all AI features.
- Every new organization receives 300 AI credits by default.
- Credits are consumed when any user in the organization uses an AI feature.
- Credits do not roll over — unused credits reset at the start of each billing month.
Credit Bundles
Purchase additional credits in one of four bundles:

Beyond purchased bundles, extra credits are billed at $0.40 per credit.
The Professional bundle offers the best balance of value and volume for most teams. Larger teams with heavy AI usage should consider the Enterprise or Ultimate bundles for greater savings.
Purchasing Credits
- Navigate to Settings → AI Credits.
- Click Buy Credits.
- Select a credit bundle from the four options.
- Complete payment through Razorpay (supports UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and international payments).
- Credits are added to your balance immediately.
AI Credits Dashboard
The AI Credits page shows two summary cards:
- Available Credits — Your organization's current remaining credit balance.
- This Month Usage — Total credits consumed in the current billing period.
Usage History
Below the summary cards, a usage table tracks every AI interaction:

| Use Case | Which AI feature consumed credits (e.g., test generation, chat, reports) |
| User | The team member who triggered the interaction |
| Credits Consumed | Number of credits used for that interaction |
| Project | The project context in which the feature was used |
Enable or Disable AI
The Organization Owner can toggle AI features for the entire organization:
- Navigate to Settings → AI Credits.
- Toggle the Enable AI switch.
- When disabled — all AI features are hidden across the platform for all users. No credits are consumed.
- When enabled — AI features are available to all users according to their roles and permissions.
Disabling AI does not delete any previously generated content (test cases, reports, chat history). It only prevents new AI interactions until re-enabled.
Only the Organization Owner can enable or disable the AI toggle and purchase credit bundles.
